HR Executive

About the Role
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations while driving and implementing new HR initiatives and projects. The role requires a proactive HR generalist who can support business needs through efficient HR processes, employee engagement, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Execute and deliver HR projects, process improvements, and new HR initiatives in line with business objectives.
• Support recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
• Coordinate performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and organizational procedures.
• Handle employee queries and support positive employee relations.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management.
• Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR best practices and enhance employee experience.

Ideal candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes.
• Experience in executing HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
