HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for branch and regional-level positions
• Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
• Coordinate with business/RH teams to understand manpower requirements
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
• Handle offer, documentation and joining coordination
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Support recruitment activities and HR initiatives for the region

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of HR recruitment experience
• Gold Loan / NBFC industry experience is mandatory
• Strong sourcing and candidate-handling skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and close positions within timelines
• Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Visakhapatnam are preferred
