HR Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent for lateral hiring positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with a shortlisted list of suitable candidates.
• Ensure timely communication with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 year of experience in HR or related field (preferably in talent acquisition).
• Strong understanding of lateral hiring processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using various tools/platforms for talent sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
