Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: -

• Managing end-to-end recruitment and hiring process across all business functions.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Manage job postings across internal and external recruitment platforms.
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms under company guidelines.

HR Generalist Operations: -

• Lead onboarding processes to ensure seamless orientation and integration for new hires.
• Maintain employee records ensuring strict data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Resolve employee grievances and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
• Other assignments responsibilities related to HR.
