Key Accountabilities

1. Employee Engagement

• Drive a structured site-level engagement framework to improve employee connect, trust, and retention.
• Execute engagement initiatives such as:
• Roundtable discussions to strengthen employeeHR communication.
• Skip-level interactions to capture employee voice and address concerns empathetically.
• Meet & Greet sessions with site and organizational leaders for alignment and transparency.
• Townhalls to reinforce organizational direction and site priorities.
• Site-level celebrations (monthly birthdays, work anniversaries, and local festivals) to enhance belonging and morale.
• Buddy Program to support smooth onboarding and cultural assimilation of new joiners.
• Instant recognition mechanisms to acknowledge employee efforts and reinforce positive behaviors.

2. Learning & Development Enablement

• Ensure 100% completion and tracking of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) in coordination with HODs.
• Plan and coordinate behavioral and capability-building programs aligned with site needs.
• Act as a single-point liaison with corporate trainers and HR Service Center for training execution.
• Drive maximum training nominations, maintain L&D MIS, and ensure timely submission of Learning Request Forms (LRFs).

3. Objective Setting & Performance Enablement

• Oversee and coordinate annual offline objective setting across the site.
• Maintain real-time tracking, ensure complete documentation, and timely submission to HR.

4. Trainee & Apprentice Lifecycle Management

• Manage end-to-end processes for CMYKP Trainees and Apprentices, including onboarding, medical checks, evaluations, and issuance of appointment/completion letters.
• Maintain accurate master data and ensure timely evaluations in coordination with HODs.

5. Employee Data Governance

• Ensure smooth induction, updated emergency, and address details, Aadhaar and e-nomination tracking, and employee lifecycle documentation.

Qualification and Experience

• Qualification MBA / PGDM in HR
• 5 to 7 Years of relevant post Qualification Experience.
• Data-driven decision-making
• Ability to translate trends into actionable insights
