HR Executive

Job Summary Responsibilities

• Manage and support female workers/labourers on the facotry floor ; attendance, grievances, welfare
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction for factory-level staff
• Ensure compliance with labour laws related to women workers (safety, working hours, POSH committee involvement)
• Maintain worker records, leave, and attendance systems
• Coordinate with production/floor supervisors on manpower planning and shift management
• Address disciplinary issues and conflict resolution among workers
• Facilitate welfare measures ; restrooms, safety gear, breaks, medical needs specific to women workers
• Support payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions) for factory staff
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, minimum wages) for the workforce
• Act as point of contact for worker concerns and escalate to HR Head when needed4
