HR Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various positions within the organization through headhunting techniques.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate fitment with company requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in HR or related field (preferably in talent acquisition).
• Strong understanding of headhunting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interviewing and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
