Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through leading job portals and LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening through phone/video/in-person interactions.
• Draft and send recruitment emails to prospective candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate shortlisting.
• Prepare and update job descriptions.
• Coordinate offer rollouts and onboarding activities.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers are eligible
• Pass-out: 2020–2024 graduates preferred
• Age: 21–29 years
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Candidates with a genuine interest in HR/Recruitment can apply.
• Candidates looking to change their domain to HR Recruitment are also eligible.
