Role & responsibilities

Recruitment

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication and maintain recruitment trackers.

Onboarding

• Prepare offer and appointment letters.
• Complete joining formalities and documentation.
• Create employee records, ID cards, and HRMS profiles.
• Conduct induction and orientation for new hires.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee database and personal files.
• Manage attendance, leave, biometric, and shift records.
• Update HRMS and generate HR reports.
• Handle employee confirmations, transfers, and contract renewals.

Payroll & Compliance

• Process monthly payroll with attendance and LOP inputs.
• Coordinate statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS where applicable).
• Prepare payslips and support full & final settlements.
• Maintain payroll records and statutory documentation.

Offboarding

• Manage resignation process and exit formalities.
• Conduct exit interviews and collect company assets.
• Prepare relieving, experience letters, and F&F documentation.

Employee Engagement

• Organize employee events and engagement activities.
• Address employee queries and support workplace policies.
• Promote a positive and compliant work environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree; MBA in HR preferred.
• 25 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
