About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive with initiative to lead recruitment and manage HR activities & operations. In this role, you will assist in hiring, maintain employee records, and help to build a positive workplace culture! Your perfect hire is organized, able to connect with people and properly handle multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle recruitment from hiring to scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Engagement : Assist with employee activities or concerns in the workplace and maintain a positive work environment.
- HR Operations: Maintain employee records, attendance, and assist with HR policies and documentation.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HR tools and basic labor laws
