Qualification (Full-Time)

MBA / MSW / PDGM in Human Resource or equivalent

Years of Education

10+2+3+2 Minimum

Years Prior / Post-Education - Work Experience

2-4 Years (In a Pvt / Public Limited Company)

Minimum Requirements For The Current Level

In addition to the minimum requirements, should have knowledge of CLRA

Manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF, gratuity, bonus, and other applicable statutory compliances.

Maintain accurate employee and statutory records.

Prepare and submit statutory returns within deadlines.

Conduct and coordinate internal and external HR compliance audits.

Support statutory inspections and audits by government authorities.

Identify compliance gaps, prepare audit observations, and track corrective actions.

Monitor changes in labour laws and ensure timely implementation.

Coordinate with payroll, HR teams, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.

Prepare compliance reports and maintain audit documentation.

Additional/Interpersonal Skills

In addition to the minimum requirements, should

• Work independently, and with minimal supervision.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
