About this role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employees throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment support.

- Manage day-to-day HR activities and employee queries.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, orientation, and induction.
- Support employee transfers, confirmations, promotions, and other HR processes.
- Coordinate employee exit and full & final settlement processes.
- Maintain proper HR documentation and records.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and regularization.
- Coordinate with employees and managers regarding attendance-related concerns.
- Maintain attendance and leave records for payroll processing.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs.
- Address routine employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain professional and positive employee relationships.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for monthly payroll inputs.
- Verify attendance, leave, new joiners, exits, and other payroll-related information.
- Support statutory documentation and HR compliance activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and trackers.
- Generate reports related to headcount, recruitment, attrition, attendance, leave, and onboarding.
- Ensure HR data is accurate and updated on a timely basis.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Executive role.
- Good knowledge of employee lifecycle processes.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and onboarding.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.
- MBA/PGDM in HR.
