HR Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and operations.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth through people initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize HR processes.

Job Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of HR generalist activities like recruitment, onboarding, and operations.
• Proficiency in managing HR operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
• Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in the engineering & construction industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
