Job Responsibilities

• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and other HR operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
• Experience in the healthcare/hospital industry will be preferred
• Knowledge of hospital accreditation processes, particularly JCI and NABH, is essential

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years
• Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
