HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and hiring, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.

2. Onboarding new employees, including orientation, training, and benefits enrolment.

3. Employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

4. HR record-keeping, including employee files, attendance records, and performance.

5. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and motivation.

6. Prepare and submit HR reports, including recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and training participation.

7. Provide information on company policies, procedures, and culture.

8. Analyse HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

9. End-to-end management of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, LWF, along with payroll processing and coordination.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. At least 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.

3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

5. Proficient in HR software and systems, such as HRIS, payroll, and recruitment platforms.
