Key Responsibilities:

• Project Recruitment - Planning For the Month & Finalization for White Collar
• Manpower Planning for the month - Both White & Blue Collar
• Meet Manpower Requirements - Daily Basis
• Need to Update no of hireing from Naukri & ref
• Right selection as per the jd
• offer letter issue on time
• appointment letter issue with in 30 days
• Complete Joining Formalities & sending the document to HO Office
  Newly Joined Employee Induction & Orientation Program
• Attendance Management in System
• Grievance Handling
• Performance Management System ( Individual KPI - White Collar ) Conducting Training For White Collar
• Employee Engagement, Feedback Etc.
• Coordination for interview on zoom call.
