Hr Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, employee records, documentation, and HR databases for staff and contract workers.
• Coordinate monthly payroll activities with HR consultants, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Maintain employee documents and records required for statutory and ISO compliance.
• Manage recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, initial phone interviews, interview coordination, and offer letters.
• Coordinate joining and onboarding of new employees.
• Plan and maintain employee training records and ISO training documentation; coordinate routine training activities and cross-training.
• Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and initiatives to improve employee morale.
• Monitor employee-related administrative requirements and maintain necessary workplace records and registers.
• Coordinate with management and consultants on labour-law and factory-related compliance.
• Assist in developing and updating HR policies, Work Instructions, and HR processes.
• Maintain employee productivity-related information and provide inputs/recommendations to management where required.

Desired Skills

• Good knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance.
• Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and Factory/Labour Laws
• Good communication, documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and HR software (Saral).
• Organized, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
