HR Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, including documentation, verification, offer/appointment letters, and joining formalities.
• Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payroll data.
• Maintain and manage employee payroll records and HR data.
• Handle hiring for OTR and UTR requirements.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare, maintain, and verify HR agreements, employee documents, and other employment-related paperwork.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all employees.
• Support HR operations, attendance management, and employee-related queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and HR processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and payroll information.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-2 years of experience in HR/HR Operations/Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of payroll processing and payroll data management.
• Strong understanding of employee onboarding and HR documentation.
• Experience in candidate screening and recruitment coordination.
• Basic knowledge of employment agreements and HR-related documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
