Job Description – HR Executive

Position: HR Executive
Location: Head Office – Chinar Park, Kolkata
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years

About the Role

Saburi Ply is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to support the organization's recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, HR generalist activities, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Factory, and Corporate positions.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.
  
  

HR Generalist Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
  
• Prepare employee documentation and maintain personnel records.
  
• Assist in attendance, leave management, and employee database updates.
  
• Support HR policies, employee engagement activities, and internal communication.
  
• Coordinate confirmation, exit formalities, and HR documentation.
  
• Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and HR records.
  
  

HR Reporting & Administration

• Prepare HR MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
  
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and HR data.
  
• Generate reports related to hiring, employee records, attendance, and HR metrics.
  
• Coordinate with various departments for HR-related activities.
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  
• Knowledge of HR Generalist functions.
  
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, data management).
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  
• 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Generalist activities.
  
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
