HR Executive

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
• Manage the complete joining and onboarding process, including documentation and verification.
• Maintain and monitor employee attendance and leave records.
• Handle monthly payroll processing and coordinate for salary-related queries.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with employees and management for day-to-day HR-related matters.
• Prepare basic HR reports related to attendance, payroll, recruitment, and employee data.

Job Timings: 10 AM - 8:30 PM

Working Days: MON- SAT
