- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as a HR Assistant/Executive, or relevant human resources position for a minimum of 3+ years.
- Familiarity with Human Resource Management Systems.
- Experience with Recruitment and selection process.
- Excellent communication skills with good fluency in english
- Report to Management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Payroll Management.
- Attendance Management.
- Manage the recruitment,selection and orientation process.
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the
management. - Maintaining departmental records and reports for an easy retrieval of required data.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Proper handling of complaints and grievance procedures.
