Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for engineering and support roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer processing.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential personnel files with accuracy and discretion.
• Manage attendance, leave administration, and employee data in Zoho People HRMS, maintaining accurate and current records for the Chennai office.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication programmes.
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries, escalating grievances appropriately and confidentially.
• Coordinate performance review cycles, training programmes, and trainee feedback processes.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards (attrition, attendance, engagement) for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA (HR) preferred.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office; experience with an HRMS
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
