HR Executive

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Post job openings across relevant portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct pre-employment formalities including documentation, background verification, and offer letter issuance.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners.

HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative processes.
• Prepare and issue HR letters offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience/relieving letters.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support in building a positive workplace culture and improving employee satisfaction.

Performance & Policy Management

• Assist in performance appraisal processes and documentation.
• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies across departments.

Payroll & Compliance Support

• Coordinate with finance/accounts for payroll inputs, attendance, and leave data.
• Support statutory compliance activities including PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational data.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-growing organization is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
