HR Executive

Position: HR Generalist -Only female can apply

Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR activities and support employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee queries.
• Support payroll and HR-related processes.
• Handle employee engagement and grievance management.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR data.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and employee relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and applicable labour laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other HR-related tools.
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a professional and people-oriented approach.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
