We re looking for a hands-on HR Executive who loves working with people, hiring fresh talent, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

If you enjoy recruitment, coordination, and being the go-to person in a fast-moving startup environment - this role is for you.

What You ll Be Doing

• Hire interns and full-time team members for tech non-tech roles
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
• Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate with founders tech leads
• Keep candidate data and hiring trackers updated

HR Admin Work

• Handle onboarding, documentation, and attendance
• Maintain employee records and basic HR reports
• Support day-to-day admin and people operations
• Be the first point of contact for team coordination

What We re Looking For

• Good communication skills (English + Hindi + Marathi)
• Interest in recruitment, people management, and HR operations
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking
• Basic knowledge of HR or hiring (we ll help you grow further)
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and basic tools

Nice to Have (Not a Deal-Breaker)

• IT recruitment or internship hiring exposure
• Experience with LinkedIn hiring or job portals
• MBA HR / HR internship experience
• Training or placement coordination background
