About this role
We are looking for a HR guy - already we are a superstar team - but just like that we want to have one more "go-getter" and a person with "positive intent and mindset" - Are you some one who want to join a rockstar team.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Assist in conducting HR assessments, tests, and evaluations for recruitment and employee selection.
- Administer aptitude tests, skill assessments, and other employment-related evaluations as required.
- Maintain candidate records, assessment results, interview feedback, and recruitment documentation.
- Support onboarding activities, document verification, and joining formalities for selected candidates.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, attendance, leave, and workplace procedures.
- Maintain employee databases and update HR records accurately.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and performance evaluation processes.
