Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Coordinate with candidates, clients, and internal teams for smooth hiring operations.
• Manage daily trackers, databases, reports, and documentation.
• Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure timely status updates.
• Handle day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
• Maintain accurate records and support the team in meeting hiring and operational targets.

What Were Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT/technical roles is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and other office tools.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and relevant experience are welcome to apply.
