HR Executive Technical Recruiter Manufacturing Engineering

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Recruit for engineering, manufacturing, projects, production, quality, purchase, stores, design, proposals and other technical positions.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate technical and management interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle salary discussions and coordinate offer releases.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable engineering and manufacturing candidates.
• Conduct joining formalities and support employee onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance and leave records.
• Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
• Prepare recruitment and HR reports as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of experience in HR Recruitment, Technical Recruitment or HR Executive roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, industrial equipment or project-based companies is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience recruiting engineers, supervisors and managerial positions.
• Good understanding of technical recruitment and candidate screening.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with management and department heads.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
