HR Executive -Talent Acquisition

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end clinical and non-clinical recruitment, especially nurses and healthcare professionals.
• Develop recruitment strategies and build tie-ups with colleges, nursing institutions, and consultants.
• Conduct campus interviews, job fairs, walk-in interviews, and recruitment drives.
• Source candidates through Naukri, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle salary finalization, offer letters, onboarding, medical examinations, and documentation.
• Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
• Travel within Kolkata and surrounding states for recruitment activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Healthcare recruitment experience is an advantage.
