HR Executive Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The role will primarily focus on SAP recruitment, end-to-end talent acquisition, and hiring across India and the Middle East region.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruiting IT/SAP professionals, managing multiple hiring requirements, working with recruitment platforms such as Zoho Recruit, Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter, and coordinating effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

SAP Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for SAP and IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
  
• Understand SAP requirements and source relevant candidates across different SAP modules and skill sets.
  
• Handle hiring for positions such as SAP ABAP, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, SAP Basis, SAP PP, SAP PM, SAP QM, SAP SAC, and other SAP technologies.
  
• Source and screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, notice period, location, compensation, and role suitability.
  
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
  
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming SAP requirements.
  
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  
• Coordinate offer discussions, documentation, negotiations, and joining formalities.
  
  

India & Middle East Recruitment

• Manage recruitment activities for both India and Middle East markets, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and other GCC locations as required.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, referrals, consultants, and other relevant channels.
  
• Understand regional hiring requirements, candidate availability, notice periods, compensation structures, and mobility requirements.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for Middle East hiring and support candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process.
  
• Build and maintain a strong network of SAP consultants and IT professionals across India and the Middle East.
  
  

Zoho Recruit / ATS Management

• Manage day-to-day recruitment activities through Zoho Recruit / ATS.
  
• Create and maintain job openings, candidate records, interview stages, feedback, and recruitment status.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely updating of candidate information and recruitment trackers.
  
• Maintain recruitment MIS and generate hiring reports as required.
  
• Ensure proper database management and avoid duplication of candidate profiles.
  
  

Stakeholder & Recruitment Coordination

• Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
  
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and technical interview panels.
  
• Follow up on interview feedback and ensure timely closure of candidates.
  
• Provide regular recruitment updates on open positions, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and joining status.
  
• Work closely with external recruitment/staffing consultants wherever required.
  
  

Employer Branding & Sourcing

• Support job postings and recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, Naukri and other hiring platforms.
  
• Participate in recruitment drives, talent campaigns, and SAP talent networking initiatives.
  
• Explore new and effective sourcing channels to improve the quality and speed of hiring.
  
• Build a talent pool of qualified SAP professionals for future requirements.
  
  

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

6 months –1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment, preferably with SAP recruitment exposure.

Hands-on experience in SAP recruitment is highly preferred.

Good understanding of SAP modules and IT skill sets.

Experience with Zoho Recruit or any ATS is preferred.

Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.

Exposure to India and Middle East recruitment will be an added advantage.

Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
