HR Executive - Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Location: Nariman Point / Andheri, Mumbai

We are looking for an HR Executive with 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, HR documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and recruitment processes to meet hiring requirements.
• Conduct screening calls, assess candidates, and maintain active candidate pipelines.
• Review applications and background verification reports.
• Coordinate with business teams to understand hiring needs and organizational goals.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely completion of hiring documentation.
• Prepare monthly talent acquisition reports and track recruitment metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify suitable talent and improve sourcing strategies.
• Maintain employee files, HR records, and documentation as per company policies.
• Coordinate with the statutory compliance team on employee-related compliance matters.
• Provide monthly inputs for salary processing and assist with HR initiatives and special projects.

Candidate Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Knowledge of job portals, social media recruitment, and candidate assessment techniques.
• Understanding of HR operations, employee documentation, and statutory compliance coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, multitasking, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between the company's centres in Nariman Point, Andheri, and Kemps Corner.
