HR executive/Senior Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR Operations, including employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and payroll management.
• Oversee PMS (Performance Management System) implementation and maintenance to ensure effective performance tracking and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate with finance team for mediclaim claims processing and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR MIS (Management Information System).

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar position in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, including employee life cycle management, benefits administration, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using PMS software applications like [insert specific system names].
• Experience working with finance teams to manage financial transactions related to employee benefits programs.
