HR EXECUTIVE - RPO

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage bulk hiring processes for various clients across different industries.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, conduct pre-screening and shortlisting to ensure effective talent acquisition.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in non IT recruitment or sales hiring/recruitment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment process including headhunting, interview coordination, mass hiring, non technical recruitment, sales recruitment.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
