We are expanding rapidly and looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to support our hiring and HR operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment coordination and support day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should be comfortable handling hiring activities, candidate communication, interview scheduling, job portal management, and coordination with recruitment agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source and shortlist candidates from job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements and coordinate initial HR discussions.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and joining process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and hiring agencies for candidate sourcing.
• Post job openings on various hiring platforms and social media channels.
• Handle offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining formalities.

Onboarding & Documentation

• Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for hiring requirements.
• Assist in attendance, leave management, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure smooth HR communication and process coordination.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and recruitment platforms.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Experience in education, edtech, or training industry is a plus.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
