HR Executive | Recruitment, Training, CLMS & Compliance

Roles and Responsibilities :

Recruitment:

• Co-ordinate various technical institutions and mobilize suitable candidates for operation requirement (NAPS/Trainees/Contract Labour)
• Assisting in creating MPR through Workday and follow-ups to get approved.
• Job Postings – internal, external and Naukri and screening the suitable candidates for further process.
• Scheduling and coordinating for the interview process

•  Maintaining CLMS Portal
• Attendance Report Generation / Monitoring absenteeism
• CL wages process

• Develop trainees & Apprentices through structured training programme.
• Arranging for Training Sessions and updating in LMS module
• Collecting Training feedback and training effectiveness.

• Maintaining and Ensure 100%  Statutory requirements.
• Updating compliances status in legatrix

• Raising PR and for Office & Employee related consumables

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in contract labour management or similar role in the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in India.
• Proven track record in managing large teams effectively through various stages of the employment lifecycle (recruitment to retirement).
• Excellent knowledge of HR operations, including talent acquisition, learning & development, employee relations.
