HR Executive- Recruitment/Talent Acquisition & L&D

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organized HR Executive to own recruitment and support learning & development across the organization. You will work closely with department heads to find the right people and help them grow spanning both Talent Acquisition and L&D, with room to take on greater responsibility as you progress.

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, consultants, and other channels.
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
• Discuss compensation expectations and support salary negotiations with selected candidates.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Partner with department heads to understand current and upcoming manpower needs.

Learning & Development

• Support identification of employee training and development needs.
• Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
• Help plan and organize internal and external training programs, including trainers, schedules, participants, and materials.
• Maintain training attendance, feedback, and records — including documentation aligned with our ISO 13485 / quality-system requirements.
• Support employee skill-development and performance-improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For — Required

• Graduate in any discipline; 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable discussing compensation and employment terms with candidates.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

What We're Looking For — Preferred

• MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
• Exposure to L&D, training coordination, or onboarding.
• Experience in a manufacturing, healthcare, or medical-device environment.
