HR Executive Recruitment & People Operations

BAV Electric is expanding its retail presence across multiple cities. We are looking for an HR Executive who will take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, attendance, and manpower planning across our outlets.

The primary objective of this role is simple: make sure every BAV outlet is properly staffed and employee-related processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Manpower

• Hire Sales Executives, Technicians and other store/central-team employees.
• Post vacancies across relevant job portals and local hiring channels.
• Source and screen candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate final interviews with Operations/Management.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for upcoming outlets.
• Prioritize replacement hiring when vacancies arise.
• Maintain outlet-wise manpower requirements and hiring status.

Onboarding & Employee Management

• Prepare and issue offer/joining letters.
• Collect and maintain employee documentation.
• Conduct joining formalities and coordinate induction/training.
• Maintain employee master records.
• Track probation periods and coordinate 30/60/90-day reviews with Operations.
• Handle leave requests, attendance issues and basic employee queries.
• Coordinate exit formalities and maintain resignation/termination records.

Attendance & Payroll Coordination

• Track attendance, weekly offs, leaves, late arrivals and absences.
• Prepare monthly attendance reports.
• Provide salary, incentive, leave and deduction inputs to Accounts.
• Coordinate with Accounts to ensure payroll information is accurate.

HR Operations

• Maintain HR policies, employee files and documentation.
• Track outlet-wise employee turnover and vacancies.
• Coordinate employee ID cards/uniforms and other basic requirements.
• Maintain hiring and employee trackers.
• Provide a weekly manpower report to management.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred.

Location: Hyderabad (on-site), with periodic visits to BAV outlets across Telangana.
