Job Title: HR Recruiter & HR Generalist

Job Description:
We are looking for an HR professional with 2 to 5 years of experience who has hands-on experience in both recruitment and HR generalist functions. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring along with core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, and closures)
• Collaborate with hiring managers for requirements and hiring decisions
• Manage onboarding, induction, and exit processes
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS
• Support payroll coordination and attendance management
• Drive employee engagement and address HR queries
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and company guidelines

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in both recruitment and HR generalist role
• Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or related field.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently
