About this role
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring for open roles: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and coordination, and offer rollout.
- Recruitment: Maintain and update job postings across job boards, LinkedIn and consultants; manage the candidate pipeline/ATS.
- Recruitment: Coordinate with hiring managers on requirements, feedback and closure timelines.
- HR Operations: Own onboarding and exit formalities - documentation, induction, and system/access setup coordination.
- HR Operations: Maintain employee records, attendance and leave tracking, and prepare payroll inputs for processing.
- HR Operations: Support policy documentation and ensure statutory/compliance requirements (PF, ESIC, POSH, etc.) are met.
- HR Operations: Own the HRMS (or equivalent tracker) and keep employee data accurate and current.
- Admin: Manage office administration - vendor coordination, supplies, facilities upkeep, and logistics for company events/offsites.
- Admin: Serve as the point of contact for day-to-day employee queries related to HR and office operations.
