We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and ensuring that we attract and hire top talent in alignment with our business goals.

Responsibilities

Conducting end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Managing job postings on various platforms and job boards.
Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and engagement.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
Conducting reference checks and background verification for shortlisted candidates.
Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Maintaining and updating the candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to evaluate candidates qualifications and suitability for various positions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India
