HR Executive (Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist)

WE ARE HIRING | HR EXECUTIVE (Recruiter)

Company: Makoto HR Solutions

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome

Working Days: 5 Days a Week + 3rd Saturday of the month

Salary between 12,000 to 25,000 in hand per month + Incentives(Hike will be based on experience as per industry standards)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various client requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Support daily HR and recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
