Position: HR Executive / Talent Acquisition

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Industry: IT

We are looking for professionals who have hands-on experience in end to end recruitemnt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various technical - Non technical positions .
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline .

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in core end to end Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical and non technical roles and IT skill sets.
• Experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
