HR Executive - PLANT/SALES

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for Daily work such as.

a.Daily checks on housekeeping for cleaning.

b.Daily attendance collection.

c.Posting of previous days attendance and sending the same to corporate office.

d.Posting of leaves, see-offs and permissions.

2.Responsible for Canteen observation such as.

a.Checking of lunch records.

b.Cleanliness of the canteen.

c.Promptness of staff.

d.Food taste and smells.

e.Attendance collection of each shift of casual laborers.

f.Weighing film rolls in the stores.

g.Preparing monthly report on weight differences.

3.Responsible for raising indents every 4 weeks once to purchase vegetables for the canteen

4.Responsible of attending reception duty every day for 1 hour and full day on Sundays.

5.Responsible for taking visitors around the plant.

6.Attending hospital duty in case of accidents in the shop floor.

7.Responsible for writing attendance cards of casual laborers.

8.Responsible for preparing monthly bank salaries statements.

9.Responsible for distribution of salaries (assisting accounts) for all casual labourers

10.Responsible for preparing monthly telephone bill statement.

11.Responsible for preparing monthly attendance statement.

12. Responsible for additional responsibilities (new responsibilities) such as.

a.Making logistical arrangements for training programs in the plant.

b.Coordination of training programs.

c.Designing training feedback forms and distributing the same to the participants.

13.Responsible for Subscriptions/Memberships in professional organizations such as.

Preferred candidate profile

Basic Knowledge of statutory compliances, labor and staff legalities

Knowledge of HR practices, processes and new trends in HR
