HR Executive - People Experience & Operations (3rd Party Contract)

Role Purpose

The HR Executive will support day-to-day People Experience (Px) operations for colleagues working at Pfizer's Emerald R&D site. The role will partner with business leaders, managers and colleagues to deliver a seamless employee experience while ensuring compliance with Pfizer policies, values and people practices.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the colleague shall be as follows, but not limited to:

• Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, exits and employee documentation.
• Coordinate colleague engagement, recognition, wellness and site culture initiatives.
• Provide first-level support on HR policies, benefits, leave, attendance and people processes.
• Maintain HR records, trackers, dashboards and reporting requirements.
• Partner with managers and Px teams on learning, talent and organisational initiatives.
• Support employee relations matters and ensure timely resolution of colleague queries.
• Assist in site events, town halls, leadership visits and employee communication activities.
• Ensure compliance with Pfizer policies, data privacy requirements and local labour regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-3 years of HR Generalist, HR Operations or Employee Experience experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HR systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
