Role & responsibilities

• Performance management: setting and tracking KRAs/KPIs for each role, running structured performance appraisals, and giving teams clear, fair feedback on how they're doing
• Employee engagement: acting as the "fun captain" of the office organizing activities, celebrations, and initiatives that make Infrascapes a genuinely good place to come to work
• Building a feedback culture: regular one-on-ones, pulse checks, and addressing issues before they become attrition
• Partnering with department heads to align individual goals with company goals

Preferred candidate profile

• 36 years in HR/People roles, with real experience running performance appraisal cycles (not just administering them)
• Someone naturally energetic and people-first — you enjoy engagement activities, not just compliance checklists
• Comfortable in a growing manufacturing/B2B company, hands-on rather than purely policy-driven
