HR Executive - Operations

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team who can take ownership of our monthly payroll and core HR operations.

Location: Lower Parel

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift Timing: 9 AM - 6PM or 10 AM to 7 PM

What you will be doing:

• Running Payroll: Managing the entire monthly payroll cycle using SPINE software handling inputs, deductions, and making sure salaries are processed accurately and on time.
• Settlements & Exits: Handling full and final (FnF) settlements smoothly, calculating notice periods, leave encashments, and processing gratuity payouts.
• Petty Cash: Managing day-to-day petty cash expenses, keeping receipts in order, and balancing the ledger at the end of the month.
• HR Admin: Maintaining employee records, tracking attendance and leaves, and issuing standard employment letters.
• Employee Support: Being the go-to person for the team when they have questions about their salary slips, tax deductions, or payout queries.

What we are looking for:

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and payroll.
• Must have: Practical, working experience with SPINE HR/Payroll software.
• A strong understanding of statutory compliances, gratuity calculations, and exit processes.
• Good basic accounting sense for managing petty cash.
• Someone who is organized, pays close attention to detail, and handles confidential information with discretion.
