HR Executive: Operations & Admin

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

End-to-end Employee Lifecycle Management & HR Operations
HRMS, Attendance, Leave Management & Payroll Inputs
Advanced Excel (Mandatory) Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, complex formulas, and data analysis
HR MIS, Dashboards & Tracker Creation (Mandatory)
HR Documentation, Compliance & Administration
Hands-on use of AI tools to improve reporting, analysis, and process automation

Important:
Strong Excel, HR MIS, dashboard creation, and data analytics experience are mandatory for this role. If you have not worked extensively on HR reporting, dashboards, and tracker creation, please do not apply, as these are core responsibilities of the position.
