HR Executive - Nanded

ALLEN Career Institute is looking for a dynamic HR professional to join us as Center HR Nanded, with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations as the core areas of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Talent Acquisition for the center, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with Center leadership and managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Manage HR Operations including employee lifecycle processes, HRMS, employee records, attendance, documentation, and HR MIS.
• Provide HR support on employee relations, policies, performance management, and employee concerns.
• Drive implementation of PMS, goal setting, and other HR processes at the center.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and applicable statutory compliances.
• Support employee engagement, training, faculty development, and other people initiatives.
• Partner with academic and business teams to address people-related requirements and strengthen the overall employee experience.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, preferably in an education or service-sector environment.
• Good understanding of HR processes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
