HR Executive - Manufacturing - Yelahanka - Bangalore

One of our reputed client is looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations at a manufacturing plant, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement.

Title: HR Executive

Location: Aerospace Park, Yelahanka, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, manpower planning, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Manage daily attendance, leave, shift manpower and payroll inputs.
• Handle employee grievances, discipline and employee relations.
• Maintain employee records, HRMS, HR reports and MIS.
• Ensure labour law and statutory compliance; coordinate contract labour compliance.
• Coordinate payroll, overtime, incentives and employee queries.
• Conduct induction, training and employee engagement activities.
• Support performance appraisal, probation and confirmation processes.
• Coordinate employee welfare, canteen, transport, uniforms, PPE and housekeeping.
• Assist in HR audits and management reviews.

Qualification: MBA/MSW/PGDM HR / Personnel Management with min. 2- 4 years exp. in Manufacturing / Engineering / Aerospace / Automotive industry. Experience with shop-floor employees and contract labour preferred.
