Job description

We are looking for an HR Executive to handle day-to-day plant HR, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities
Recruitment of ITI technicians, operators, tele-sales staff and engineers through ITIs, referrals, job portals and walk-in drives
Daily attendance, punctuality and leave tracking; payroll inputs
PF, ESI and statutory registers
Induction and safety training for new joiners; training records
Support KRA/KPI tracking and monthly performance reviews
Track attrition and conduct exit interviews
Employee engagement activities and internal communication
Discipline and grievance handling
Daily and weekly reporting to the MD

Requirements
24 years of HR experience in a factory or manufacturing plant
Experience hiring ITI or shop-floor workers
Working knowledge of PF and ESI
Fluent in Tamil; working English
Willing to stay in company accommodation near the plant
Organised, reports with data, follows up until the job is done
